In November 2024 we were announced as the winners of the British Veterinary Association's Wellbeing Awards for Small/Medium Practices. 

Awarded by the representative body of veterinary surgeons, these awards celebrate veterinary workplaces that support and enhance the wellbeing of its team. The judges felt our nomination not only impressed but that the initiatives we have in place surpassed their criteria.

On winning, our director Becky said: “Our day one ethos is to be a supportive and happy working environment. Empowering people to be the best they can be in their role ultimately leads to better care of our patients and clients.”

To be an independent farm practice, led by an all-female team, we couldn’t be more proud of this achievement.
